WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT
– If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of receiving your order for store credit for the total price of the item(s).
– Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered) with the tags attached. The item can not be on sale, or be part of a special order. The item cannot be swimwear or accessories such as jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags and beauty products. And of course the item must be from Blu’s Boutique online store.
– To ensure your item gets to us and because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order to us for your exchange to be processed. We will email you once your item has been received and issue you your store credit.
– IMPORTANT: Return postage will only be covered by Blu's Boutique in the case of wrong merchandising.
– Blu's Boutique reserves the right to decline the exchange of your items if the above terms have not been followed.
STEPS TO TAKE:
1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely (in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).
2. Include a copy of your order# with the item(s) you are returning.
3. You are responsible for any shipping charges, which occur from the exchange (return postage will only be covered by Blu's Boutique).
4. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.
5. As soon as we receive the item you are returning we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same condition we shipped out to you and after confirming the item(s) meet this criteria we will email you with your store credit (store credit does not expire).
